1st Day

The 3-night 4 days old silk route starts from Njp station or Bagdogra airport.

Our  Representative cum guide pickup from Njp Rail Station or Bagdogra airport on your train time and transfer to Aritar via Sevak,   Rhenop, Kalimpong, or another way.Time to reach approx 5 hrs.

On the Way Visit Delo Park.

An evening full of leisure, a Night stay at Aritar. your next day's journey will be started: at 8.30 am. from Aritar Homestay..

 

2nd day

Wake up with hot Tea or coffee. After Breakfast full-day sightseeing and  Afternoon transfer to Padamchen.

visit : Lampokhari Lake:

This is a newly developed tourist attraction in Aritar. Although one of the oldest natural lakes in Sikkim, Lampokhari has undergone artificial modifications to incorporate boating facilities. Situated at an altitude of 4,600 feet, this is the only lake in the state where you can indulge in boating.

Aritar Gumpa:

It is one counted amongst the oldest monasteries in Sikkim of the Kagyuapa order of Tibetan Buddhism. The locals consider it a sanctified ground. The Gumpa bears the exquisiteness of traditional monastic architecture and murals. It also homes Buddhist manuscripts of ancient times.

Mangkhim Temple:

The temple sits at a height of 6,500 feet in a village called Maity (Kheselakha). The origin of Mangkhim Temple is associated with the Rais, an ancient, indigenous, and ethnolinguistic group of Nepal. Devotees come here during the season to sip this water.

Kalikhola falls:

‘Kalikhola’ means ‘lonely waters.’ This waterfall is 100 meters in height and is located on the Rorathang-Rongli road. The change falls: This waterfall is located near Lampokhari Lake and is 50 meters in height. Love Dara: A lesser-known spot in Aritar is Love Dara, which is mostly frequented as a picnic spot. It is a low hill destination and offers a beautiful view.

1.30 pm reach Padamchen Homestay. After a fresh Lunch. Evening Enjoy Barbeque (Extra cost).

3rd Day

After breakfast visit, full-day Silk Route Trip

Zuluk  :

Zuluk o is a small hamlet located at a height of around 10,000 feet on the rugged terrain of the lower Himalayas in East Sikkim of the Indian state Sikkim. This place is a relatively emerging and offbeat destination in East Sikkim. Today it is fast emerging as a new tourist destination.

Eagle's Nest Bunker Point, zigzag road, LungthungMenmecho Lake, Tukla valley, Kupup Lake, Yak Golf Course, Elephant Lake old baba Mandir and reach Nathang valley.

The afternoon reaches Rishikhola. Your homestay name is 'Reshi river homestay'.

ABOUT RISHIKHOLA

Reshi or Rishi or Rishi Khola is located in the Kalimpong subdivision on the West Bengal –Sikkim Border. Rishi Khola derives its name from the Reshi River (Khola in Nepali meaning a small stream) and has gained prominence as an upcoming offbeat tourist destination as recently a number of resorts have come upon the banks of the river, not surprisingly because of its unique location and scenic beauty.

Topographically, Reshi  Khola divides the states of West Bengal and Sikkim. It’s a perfect stopover for tourists intending to visit 'The Silk Route' as it is a nice picnic and camping ground for tourists to have fun and chill out on the banks of the river Reshi. It is also an idyllic spot for romancing the moonlight with a light barbecue and bonfire. Tourists can also indulge in the luxury of bathing in the crystal clear river water and casting the net for a light barbecue.

Tourists can also get a feel of staying in pitched tents and test their wilderness streak. For trekkers and adventure lovers,  Reshi offers innumerable opportunities for rock climbing and light treks.

4th Day

After breakfast Return to the new Jalpaiguri Rail Station,  please reach the platform before  Train departure time.
